NewNainel currently ships to customers within the continental United States only.

We deliver to:

We do not currently deliver to:

U.S. Minor Outlying Islands
APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
Any other U.S. territories or affiliated islands

Free shipping and standard shipping services are available only within the continental United States. We do not provide shipping services to U.S. territories, affiliated islands, or military addresses.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is successfully received.

Our daily order cut-off time is 4:00 PM ET.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET are usually processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time includes order verification, product preparation, packaging, and arranging shipment with the carrier.

Free Shipping Policy

Orders with a merchandise value of $35.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.

Free shipping is not available for:

Alaska
Hawaii
Puerto Rico
U.S. territories and affiliated islands
APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

Shipping Origin

All orders are dispatched from our international warehouse before entering the domestic delivery network in the United States.
